The Horse Show Management reserves the right to itself, to refuse, limit, accept conditionally, or cancel any entries; disqualify any riders or exhibitors thereby canceling awarded prizes; to change any course, to cancel or combine any unfilled classes, or to change rings or officials, to reschedule classes after due notice to exhibitors; to change specifications in jumper classes as competition warrants and to intercept all questions and conditions in regard to, or arising out of, or incident to the show without claims for damages or recourse of any kind.


WARNING

Under Nebraska law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to sections     25-21, 249  to  25-21, 253 NRS.



 

Liability / Loss Injury:  Neither the sponsor, beneficiary, show grounds, show committee, show management, nor their respective officers will be liable for (1)injuries sustained in any way to exhibitors, spectators, sub contractors, or employees;(2) any article of any kind or nature that may be lost, destroyed, stolen or injured in any manner - although every precaution will be undertaken to protect the property of the exhibitors; (3) any loss or damage that may occur to any horse on the grounds.  Every horse entered for competition will be under the control of the Horse Show Management.  By participating in the show in any way, to include spectator, exhibitor, rider, trainer, agent, owner or employee or agent of any of the above agree to hold this horse show, directors and employees, officials and employees, the beneficiary, the USEF, and their officials, directors, employees and agents harmless for any injury or loss suffered which may occur from sickness, fire or otherwise, during or in connection with the show whether or not such injury or loss resulted directly or indirectly from the negligent acts or omissions of said officials, directors, employees or agents of the show, the beneficiary, or the USEF.
